The Program in Medieval Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign has issued a call for proposals for its upcoming conference, Premodern Unfreedoms: Global Approaches to Exploitation, Enslavement, and Trafficking, which will be held in person on October 27-28, 2023.
