Dear All,

In filling out the form to get access to the Song huiyao, there is a
slightly exotic technical issue that you may need to worry about.  My
university, for one, has switched from static IP addresses to dynamically
assigned ones.  Academia Sinica wants static IP addresses:  you perhaps
can get one from the people who manage IT for your department, but you'll
need to check what type of address you have.
